    You can’t go wrong with whiskey and a sharp, robust cheese. Try a 10-year-Cheddar or aged Blue Cheese with your glass of Jack.

    Love the site and the blog. Coming into the holiday season, you might look at cheeses that pair well with winter ales. Schells, Summit, Capital, New Glarus, and even Sam Adams have some really nice winter seasonal beers.
